idiots

The idiots at the "help desk" made a complete mess of what I asked them to do. I'm trying to solve the problem myself, but it's taking time -- moving a couple of gigs of mail around tends to have that effect. Especially when Outlook thinks that the data is corrupted and the repair utility craps out. Hurray!

And since it's going to take 20 minutes to download the additional software I need, may as well do some light blogging!
