Manipulating the stats

I added sitemeter to the blog yesterday, since gVisit is showing that some of you interweb users -- for reasons best known to yourselves -- are reading this. I expected some UK visitors, and perhaps the appearance of Denmark can be attributed to the inestimable TEFL Smiler, but whence the German readers? Not to mention the occasional hits from the South. Very curious.

Sadly, I completely shot the initial sitemeter stats to hell by wrestling with a non-Blogger template, so that tells me nothing at the moment.
