So I was a little frazzled when I walked in after my delightful sortie home via public transit, and was a little slow in greeting the ladies of the house. I was also distracted by the pictures of L from her nursery school picture day: it defies belief when you put them next to the pictures of her from last year when she had just started...

Anyway, L did take the time to ask me, "Do I look cute in those pictures?" - and plainly the answer was to be "yes," fortunately we haven't entered the realm of "does my bum look big in this" quite yet.
