Preparation for real life

From an email sent by one of the teachers at L's nursery school:

the girls keep themselves busy either at the "housekeeping center" preparing coffee and doughnuts for their friends or getting themselves ready for the office; or, acting as "sleeping beauty" hopelessly waiting for a prince to kiss her so she can wake up. Actually, it was funny when one said, "don't get up, the prince hasn't come yet," so a group of girls tried to convince one of the boys to kiss the princess, and no boy was willing to do it, so the princess just stood up.

Someone should probably tell these young ladies that waiting for princes will continue to be a futile exercise.
